If you are experiencing neck or shoulder pain:

• Find a comfortable seat & tune into your body
• Pinpoint the cooling roller ball on the acute area of pain
• Move your hand in small circles, pressing down gently. 
• Once you are satisfied with the amount of oil dispensed, we invite you to give yourself a self-massage.
