Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, update formulas, or modify offerings at our discretion.

We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, slight variations may occur in packaging, labeling, or appearance.

5. PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our third-party providers) to charge your selected payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, SPADEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on used items.
Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, at our discretion.

Custom-made, seasonal, limited-edition, or sale items are final sale.

8. EMAIL MARKETING & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By subscribing to our email list, joining our community, or completing a sign-up form, you consent to receive marketing communications from SPADEA NYC LLC.
