Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during promotions or special events
