Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Spadea NYC LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather conditions, or external circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will always do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.
