MUGWORT - Artemisia vulgaris
The ingredient that makes Dragon different. Mugwort has been used across Asian and European herbal traditions for centuries, including in preparations associated with muscular tension and cramping. Modern research on Artemisia vulgaris extracts has reported antinociceptive (pain-response), antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory activity. Our Mugwort is grown on our land in New York and slowly infused into olive oil.

ARNICA - Arnica montana
One of the best-known botanicals in traditional European topical preparations for bruised, strained, sore and overworked areas. We slowly infuse whole Arnica flowers alongside Mugwort, creating the botanical foundation of every jar of Dragon.

LAVENDER - Lavandula angustifolia
Far more than fragrance. Lavender has a long history in aromatherapy for calm, relaxation and rest, while modern research has investigated its effects on anxiety, stress-related measures, pain and skin recovery. Here, its aromatic character pairs naturally with massage, creating a Dragon especially suited to unwinding the body and senses.
